Inspired by the tale of the Elves & the Shoemaker this blend is designed to be used  strength and stability is important. The DK yarn uses Faroe Island fibre as a strong base, South American fibre for a little softness and Bio-nylon to give extra durability.  This yarn wouldn't be suitable for those with delicate skin, but would work very well for socks or even tightly knit outer-wear such as ganseys.
