CHEVIOT
A native hill breed from the Cheviot Hills on the England–Scotland border, Cheviot sheep are well adapted to exposed upland grazing. Their fleece is generally white and relatively uniform in character.

The wool is dense and resilient with a springy handle, producing fabrics that hold their shape well after knitting and wear. Suitable for garments where structure and practicality are important.
